We will never ask
Prospera staff should not ask you to send passwords, PINs, or OTP codes through calls, social media, email, or chat. Treat any such request as suspicious.
Recognise suspicious activity
Check that you are on the correct Prospera domain before entering details. Be cautious with links, urgency, unusual payment instructions, or messages that ask you to bypass normal platform steps.
Report an issue
If you believe your account is at risk, change your password immediately, secure your email account, and contact Support with the time and details of the incident. We may temporarily restrict sensitive activity while we investigate.
